Located on an award-winning farm, this semi-detached cottage nestles in beautiful grounds with plenty to do for all ages. With farm tours of the owners’ 300-acre farm, featuring Highland ponies, Highland cattle, sheep, pigs and chickens. Guided walks, horse riding (with stabling available should you wish to bring your own horse), bat walks, badger watching, fishing on the owners’ private lake.

The farm has won the RSPB Nature of Farming award in Scotland for farming and conservation. The owners and rangers are happy to talk about the diversity of the farm and how the different wildlife habitats have encouraged the birdlife in the area, and also where photographers can get the best shots!

There is a free children’s play area complete with a petting zoo, with miniature animals and picnic tables.

Attached to the main house and situated in the farmyard itself, Dairy Cottage has everything you need including an open fire and free Wi-Fi.
